Dr. Mustafa Andkhoie

Dr. Mustafa Andkhoie has a Master of Public Health with expertise in analytical epidemiology and public health, and a Ph.D. in Epidemiology from the University of Saskatchewan. His areas of research include cancer, decision-making, and healthcare access. Dr. Andkhoie has worked as an epidemiologist at First Nations and Inuit Health (FNIH) for more than six years. He currently is the Health Surveillance & Assessment Regional Manager at the FNIH Branch, Indigenous Services Canada. He has experience working with Indigenous communities in public health surveillance programs, as well as local/provincial/federal organizations to provide evidence-based decision support.
